The μ-Games
The Utrecht university mathematics departement organises the MU-Games (Mathematics Utrecht). This is a friendly programming competition that is focused on mathematical problem solving. All problems will at first require some mathematical thinking and then a computer to solve the numerical problem that is left.
You can sign up for the competition as a team of 3 or 4 students or as an individual, in which case we will match you with some fellow students to form a team. During the competition you will be asked to program in either C#, Java or Python. If you have any questions, you can email us: mathutrechtgames@gmail.com.
